JNY-TX-01

Approaching school exit; Texas adult systems are not started

Start LIDDA, evidence, school handoff, and vocational routes as separate actions.

An HCS or TxHmL enrollment offer has arrived

Choosing services, delivery model, or providers

Separate CDS, FMSA, provider options, rates, authorization, acceptance, and start.

A waiver, Medicaid, or service decision is uncertain or adverse

Use the correct hearing route while benefit and decision-support work continues.

  2. Appeal a Medicaid eligibility, benefit, prior-authorization, service-authorization, or reasonable-promptness action through the current official route.
