Who to contact
Start with the local Community Developmental Disabilities Program. After eligibility, use the chosen CDDP services coordinator or Support Services Brokerage personal agent. For an adverse action, use the exact notice and the current complaint or hearing route.

- For a qualifying student, use the current Pre-ETS request route.
- When individualized VR services are wanted, complete the VR referral and intake process.
