911, 988, and Trinitas CARES at 888-393-3007; notify the Support Coordinator after immediate safety is addressed.

Step by step

  1. Call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency.
  2. Call or text 988 for behavioral-health crisis.
  3. For an adult age 21 or older with IDD in a mental or behavioral crisis, use the 24/7 Trinitas CARES referral line at 888-393-3007 when appropriate.
