Step by step
- For immediate danger call 911.
- Call APS at 855-444-3911 any time day or night for suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
- Separately notify the local Recipient Rights office and CMHSP; use LARA’s route for an applicable licensed-setting issue.
Expected next
An APS intake response when applicable plus a rights, licensing, service, or corrective-action event.
Save this proof
Report details and reference number if supplied, incident records, complaints, delivery proof, responses, findings, and corrective actions.
If this stalls or the answer is no
Follow APS, Recipient Rights, CMHSP or PIHP, licensing, provider, and law-enforcement routes separately; one does not replace another.
