Step by step

  1. For immediate medical or safety danger call 911.
  2. For other behavioral-health or I/DD crisis support call or text 988 or call GCAL at 1-800-715-4225.
  3. After immediate safety, notify the Regional Field Office, support coordinator, and provider and request a documented follow-up plan.
