Who to contact
Use the official destination above, the assigned DDCS case manager, a DDCS office, the county Service and Information Request line, or the exact contact on the controlling Planned Action Notice. Ask which unit owns the step.
Step by step
- For a crime, physical or sexual abuse, or life-threatening situation call 911.
- For an adult in the community use APS; for a facility or supported living use the Complaint Resolution Unit; for a child use the published child-protection route.
- Separately notify the case manager and provider and use complaint, ombuds, or appeal routes according to the service issue.
