Step by step

  1. Confirm which program is making the functional or level-of-care decision.
  2. Submit the requested diagnostic, medical, and functional materials through that program’s route.
  3. Apply for or verify Medical Assistance through COMPASS or the County Assistance Office.
  4. Ask for written confirmation of each completed and still-open eligibility element.
