The official search found program-specific resources, licensing reports, and an old provider list, but no qualifying current family-facing general DDS provider method.

Separate service-model fit, provider evidence, rate authority, authorization, acceptance, staffing, and start.

  2. Use DDS referrals and current licensing or certification reports, then verify service, geography, capacity, safeguards, and fit directly.

Urgent need, crisis, abuse concern, or service breakdown

Address immediate safety, then document and correct the system failure.

  1. Call 911 for immediate danger; otherwise call or text the Behavioral Health Help Line and then notify the DDS team.
  2. Report suspected caregiver abuse to DPPC while separately addressing the DDS service or provider failure.
  3. Document changed needs, failed supports, and risk and request the specific DDS reassessment, priority review, plan revision, emergency support, or crisis action.
