- Apply for waiver-supportive Medicaid through kynect, by phone at 855-306-8959, or in person at DCBS; Medicaid applications are not accepted by mail.
- After Medicaid is approved or pending, apply for waiver services through kynect or in person at an ADRC or CMHC; waiver applications are not accepted by mail.
- Save both application confirmations and track the two decisions separately.
Expected next
DCBS issues a Medicaid event; DMS reviews the waiver application and sends a letter stating whether requirements are met and what happens next.
