Step by step
- Read the complete offer and record the actual received date and stated return route.
- Complete and mail the offer letter back to KDADS within 15 days, preserving a full copy and trackable proof.
- If Medicaid is not active, immediately follow the HCBS Medicaid instructions and track Clearinghouse, MCO, and CDDO follow-up separately.
