Step by step
- For immediate danger, call 911.
- Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an adult in the community to the Kansas Protection Report Center at 1-800-922-5330.
- Separately notify the MCO care coordinator, CDDO, and provider and use grievance, appeal, correction, or other incident routes for the failed service.
