Step by step

  1. For immediate danger or a medical, fire, or law-enforcement emergency, call 911.
  2. For mental-health, suicide, substance-use, or emotional distress, call or text 988; use chat if that is the accessible route.
  3. After immediate safety, notify the MCO care coordinator, CDDO, and provider and request documented follow-up and plan correction.
