Step by step
- For an emergency, contact local law enforcement first and then APS.
- Submit the APS report online or use the current telephone, email, or fax route; mandated reporters must follow the current 24-hour rule.
- Separately notify the care coordinator, provider, IDD Unit, and compliance owner and request a service correction.
